Pricing downtown typically falls between Strip-level and off-strip local pricing. You avoid the tourist premium that some Strip-adjacent stores charge, but you also get the convenience of walkable locations near downtown hotels and attractions. For visitors staying at the D, Golden Nugget, Circa, or any Fremont East property, a downtown dispensary is often the closest and most convenient option.

There is no store on our nightly read inside the Fremont Street core as of October 2026. For a downtown hotel the nearest tracked options are Oasis Cannabis on Industrial Road and Sahara Wellness, both a short rideshare rather than a walk. Both stock flower, vapes and edibles with daily rotating specials on smaller menus than the Strip stores.
The Arts District and Main Street corridor had a tracked store until 2026 and no longer does. If you are walking that neighbourhood, the honest advice is that your nearest tracked prices are a rideshare away rather than on the block — and that a store we do not read may still be the right stop for you, we simply cannot tell you what it is charging today.
Curaleaf Western is positioned between downtown and the Strip, accessible from both areas. As part of the national Curaleaf chain, it carries a mix of house brands and popular Nevada labels with frequent percentage-off and BOGO specials.
