Terms of service

CloudedDeals is operated by Clouded Inc., a company registered in Delaware, United States. These terms apply to cloudeddeals.com and to the web app, including when you install it to your home screen. By using them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
1. What CloudedDeals is, and what it is not
CloudedDeals is a directory. We collect publicly listed menu information from licensed dispensaries, score the discounts, and show you the better ones near you with a link to the dispensary’s own page.
We do not sell cannabis and we are not part of your purchase. We hold no inventory, take no payment, and have no role in any order you place. When you buy, your contract is with the dispensary and their terms apply, not ours. We are not an agent of any dispensary and we do not act on their behalf.
2. Prices, stock and accuracy
This is the most important thing on this page, so it is stated plainly.
Every price and product on CloudedDeals is collected automatically from a dispensary’s own website, usually overnight. It can be wrong. A price may have changed since we read it, an item may have sold out, a discount may have ended, or we may have misread the menu. We check our published prices against live menus and we publish how accurate they are, but we do not promise that any individual listing is correct.
Confirm the price and availability with the dispensary before you travel or buy. We are not responsible for a wasted journey, a price that differs at the counter, or an item that is no longer in stock.
If you spot something wrong, the report button on a deal tells us, and we are glad of it.
3. You must be 21 or older
CloudedDeals is for adults aged 21 and over in the states we serve. Cannabis products shown here are lawful only for adults aged 21 and over under applicable state law, and only within those states. By using the service you confirm you are 21 or over. We may refuse access to anyone we believe is not.
Cannabis remains unlawful under United States federal law. Nothing here is advice about whether any purchase is lawful for you.
4. No account, nothing to pay
You do not need an account to use CloudedDeals and most people never make one. There is no password, no subscription and no charge. We do not take payment of any kind from visitors.
5. Using the service properly
Please do not:
- Scrape, crawl, copy or republish our listings in bulk, or use automated systems to extract data from the service.
- Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Use the service if you are under 21, or help anyone under 21 to.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone.
- Misrepresent yourself, or interfere with how the service works for others.
We may limit or withdraw access if any of this happens. We also apply ordinary rate limits so that one visitor cannot degrade the service for everyone else.
6. Reports and feedback you send us
If you report an inaccurate deal or send feedback, you are telling us something you are free to tell us, and you give us permission to use it to improve the service. Do not send anything confidential or anything belonging to someone else. We may act on it, ignore it, or delete it.
7. Links to dispensaries and other sites
Deals link out to dispensary websites and menu platforms that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their prices, their terms or their handling of your information. Once you leave CloudedDeals, their rules apply.
A dispensary appearing here is not an endorsement, and we are not paid by dispensaries for placement in the feed.
8. Messages
Notifications. If you turn on notifications, we may send you alerts about deals. You can turn them off at any time in your browser settings or in the app. How the subscription works and who it passes through is described in our privacy policy.
Email and SMS. If you give us an email address or phone number to be told when we reach your area, we will use it for that. Message and data rates may apply to any SMS. You can stop them by replying STOP to a message or by emailing hello@cloudeddeals.com.
9. Our content
The CloudedDeals name, logo, design, written content and the way we score and organise deals belong to Clouded Inc. You may use the service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the service or its contents without our permission.
Product names, brands and dispensary names belong to their respective owners and appear here descriptively.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service at any time, including which markets are covered and which dispensaries appear. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free. We may stop operating it altogether.
11. No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Section 2 applies in particular: we do not warrant that any price, discount or stock level shown is correct.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clouded Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including a wasted journey, a price difference at the counter, or anything arising from a purchase you make from a dispensary.
Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Delaware have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any right you have to bring a claim where you live if the law of your state gives you that right.
14. If something goes wrong
Please email hello@cloudeddeals.com first. Most things are a mistake we can fix, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do, and if a change materially affects your rights we will say so on the site rather than only editing this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Privacy
What we collect and who sees it is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
