Denver Dispensary Neighborhood Guide: South Broadway, Colfax, and Beyond

Denver's dispensaries cluster by neighborhood, and the clusters behave differently. Here is the geographic breakdown of the 28 Denver stores CloudedDeals tracks.

As of 18 October 2026, the median price across 200 dispensary deals in Colorado is $16.48, with half priced between $15.99 and $16.48. Read directly from 42 dispensary menus, not supplied by the stores.

South Broadway: Denver's most competitive dispensary corridor

South Broadway — the stretch running south from Denver's downtown core through Baker, Platt Park, and into the Washington Park adjacent neighborhoods — is home to the densest cannabis retail competition in Colorado. Four tracked dispensaries operate in a roughly two-mile stretch: Colorado Harvest Broadway, Golden Meds Broadway CO, LiveWell Broadway CO, and Reefer Madness Broadway CO. All four are within driving distance of each other, and all four know it.

The competitive dynamic this creates is the most aggressive deal calendar of any Denver corridor. When one South Broadway store drops an eighth to $18 pre-tax, its neighbors respond within days — often within the same week. The result is a rolling series of promotional counter-moves that produces the lowest flower and vape prices in Denver metro on a consistent basis. If you are buying on a budget and can be flexible about which store you visit, checking the South Broadway cluster daily via CloudedDeals is the most reliable strategy for finding the lowest out-of-pocket price in the city.

South Broadway's dispensary cluster is in the Baker neighborhood, roughly 1.5 miles south of downtown via Broadway or Acoma Street. Parking is available, and the area is well served by RTD bus lines on Broadway. The vibe is neighborhood-commercial rather than tourist-facing — these stores cater primarily to residents, which tends to produce more price-competitive menus than tourist-corridor dispensaries.

Downtown, LoDo and RiNo: the cluster visitors actually reach

Two of our 28 tracked Denver stores are within walking or short-ride distance of downtown hotels. Cannabis Station Denver CO occupies a converted filling station near Union Station, which makes it the most straightforward stop for anyone staying in LoDo. Den Rec Larimer CO is about a mile northeast in the River North Art District, the warehouse-and-galleries stretch along Larimer and Walnut Streets that has absorbed most of Denver's new apartment construction along Brighton Boulevard.

Neither is a price leader, and the reason is structural rather than a criticism: downtown rent is Denver's highest and the customer is often a visitor making one purchase, so there is no competitive pressure of the kind four stores on one street exert on each other. Expect to pay a few dollars more per eighth here than on South Broadway, which is 1.5 miles south and reachable by the Broadway bus. If you are buying more than an eighth, that drive is usually worth making; if you want one cart on the way back to the hotel, it is not.

A note for anyone returning to older Denver guides, including earlier versions of this one: Colfax Avenue used to be the city's second cannabis corridor, and we tracked three stores on it. We no longer track any. Colfax still has dispensaries; we read none of their menus, so this guide cannot tell you what they charge, and naming them as though we could would be worse than leaving the gap visible. Rocky Mountain High 6th, a mile south of East Colfax on the Sixth Avenue corridor, is the nearest tracked store to Capitol Hill.

Highlands and Northwest Denver

The Highlands neighborhood — Potter-Highlands and Highland Square on the northwest side of Denver, just across Speer Boulevard from the downtown core — is one of Denver's trendiest residential areas. Native Roots operates a Highlands location, one of the 5 Native Roots stores we track in Denver, and it is the chain's most premium-positioned Denver outpost. The Highlands store draws from both the immediate neighborhood and the adjacent LoHi (Lower Highland) area that has become Denver's most concentrated restaurant and bar district.

Native Roots Highlands prices track the chain's statewide deal cadence rather than responding to a neighbour across the street, and a chain promotion lands at all five of its tracked Denver stores on the same morning — so the useful question is which of the 5 is closest to you, not which is cheaper. Oasis Cannabis NW Denver and Native Roots West Denver complete the 3 stores we track on this side of the city. Together they serve a more convenience-driven shopper than the South Broadway cluster, and their deal pricing shows it: broader chain-wide promotions rather than same-street price wars. Native Roots also runs Native Roots North Denver CO, Native Roots South Denver CO and Native Roots Tower CO, which our roster records only as Denver, so this guide does not place them in a neighbourhood; each store page carries the address the store publishes.

The other four: Sixth Avenue, the northern edge and two stand-alone stores

Four of the 28 belong to no cluster, and that is worth knowing before you plan a trip around one. House of Dankness Denver CO and The Stone Dispensary CO each stand alone in their part of the city. Colorado Harvest's second Denver store, on Kalamath Street, came off our nightly list in October 2026, so the Broadway store is now the only one of that operator's locations we read.

Rocky Mountain High 6th covers the Sixth Avenue corridor south of Capitol Hill. Lightshade Federal Heights CO is the northernmost of the 28 this guide covers, and strictly it is not in Denver at all: Federal Heights is a separate city in Adams County, north of the Denver line. It is the practical stop for anyone coming down US-36 from Boulder rather than driving into Denver proper. We no longer read a menu on the east side: the Montview Boulevard store earlier versions of this guide listed came off our nightly list at the same time, so this guide cannot tell you what Park Hill stores charge.

None of these 4 has a same-street rival, so none of them is forced into the daily counter-promotions that make South Broadway cheap. What they offer instead is a shorter drive from most of the city, and on any given day one of them is running a category deal that beats the cluster. That is the whole argument for checking a list rather than a store.

How to use CloudedDeals to find the best Denver dispensary today

Prices across Denver's 28 tracked stores change every day. A store that was the price leader yesterday may have a competitor undercut it by this afternoon. The only reliable way to know which Denver dispensary has today's best deal on the category you want is to check current data.

CloudedDeals reads every tracked Denver store's menu each day and scores the deals. Filter by category (flower, vapes, edibles, concentrates, prerolls) and the scores reflect today's pricing relative to current market averages — not a static price list that was accurate last month. Deals scoring 85 or more are the strongest value relative to what comparable products cost at other Denver stores today.

The South Broadway corridor reliably produces the most high-scoring deals in Denver on a typical day, because the direct competition between four stores in a tight geographic area forces aggressive promotional pricing. But any day can see a Native Roots chain promotion, a category special at one of the stand-alone stores, or a single-store deal out at Federal Heights that outscores all 4 of the Broadway stores. Check the Denver Dispensary Deals page daily.
